The DNA Breed Identification test is carried by independent retailers and distributors. These companies offer services such as online shopping,
traditional retail stores, distribution services, and international sales.
BioPet's Authorized Reseller Program
BioPet Vet Lab products are sold in the U.S. and internationally through a network of Authorized Resellers selected exclusively by BioPet Vet Lab. Some of these resellers may have Internet sites on which they are authorized to sell BioPet products. BioPet Vet Lab Authorized Resellers have been chosen for their ability to properly represent, sell and advocate the BioPet brand and provide you with a great customer experience. BioPet Vet Lab Authorized Resellers are noted by an authorized reseller logo that can typically be found near the BioPet products section(s) of their websites.
Warning: BioPet Vet Lab reserves the right to only process samples from products sold by our authorized resellers
Unfortunately, BioPet Vet Lab products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so. Goods sold by these unauthorized companies are not purchased from BioPet Vet Lab; instead they are acquired from a host of other sources. BioPet products sold by unauthorized resellers sometimes are:
- Stolen goods - BioPet Vet Lab will not encourage the theft of our products from our partners by processing stolen merchandise
- Damaged, defective or missing parts of the kits - Some kits returned to stores incomplete can find their way to the marketplace, represented as complete
- Purchased illegally from a secondary source - BioPet will not process counterfeit merchandise.
Many web sites change names and locations frequently so they cannot be reached to solve customer problems. Other sites simply go out of business. Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorized resellers and their business practices, products sold by unauthorized resellers are not entitled to support or processing from BioPet Vet Lab. We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from taking advantage of consumers, but these practices still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a reseller to purchase your BioPet Vet Lab DNA products. If you don?t see an Authorized Reseller logo on their website, we highly recommend not purchasing from that reseller.
If you purchase BioPet Products through the internet from an online store that does not display the Authorized Reseller Logo, BioPet reserves the right to not process your sample.
